Thank you for the information. i made the payment just now. The only thing confusing me is the web site is redirecting me to travel.gov when i click on receipt. it says this site no longer suport the playback for adobe PDF. Thanks again for your support.

Hello everybody, So am the petitioner, and my I-130 as been approved recently. I received the NVC email stating that my wife ( the beneficiary) should create an account at CEAC to upload her documents. i want to ask if it is allowed for me the petitioner to create this account for her and fill, upload her documents? with her language barrier am worried about mistakes. Also should should submit the affidavit of support I864 form and payment at the same account? Thanks for any recommendation.
