Hi all. I’m the American petitioner for a K-1 visa. My fiancée lives in South Africa. I filed in January of this year, got NOA1 a few days later. A few months after I filed, she and her family moved to a different address, one where she says she can’t get deliveries. My question about this is twofold.
1. When do we let the US government know that she’s moved? When going to the interview, or before NOA2? All I can find is that the petitioner has to notify about their own change of address when it happens. Nothing about the beneficiary.
2. From what we understand, the US embassy returns the passport and visa via courier upon approval. She says she doesn’t have a deliverable address. Could the courier reach her by getting GPS coordinates? Is there an option to send it to a courier facility instead?
Thanks in advance.
