Yes we also have the emailed welcome letter. He just made an account and we have everything else done. I thought we had to wait for "case ready" to book an interview but it seems like we don't. It also seems to be taking longer than others. I'll have him take a look. Thank you!! -
We have a pretty similar timeline in terms of NVC- did you see "Case Ready" before booking an appointment or no? trying to get a general timeline of when we should except that or to book our interview.

NOA2 is December 16th and my fiance's embassy is London. I am seeing that a lot of peoples applications arrive about a month and a week after NOA2. Hopefully that doesn't slow down over the holidiays!
