    Any update in your case? My case was expedited on March 15th it is still at NVC. How long to get the “in transit” status?

    Finally got DQ’d. My documents were physically received on Saturday Feb.11 but I suppose they picked them on Monday the 13th.

    I need your support….Haven’t received any notice yet…. And lots of people with same submission date have already received an answer. Sent documents Feb.11. And no answer so far

    Did you apply through any law firm? Maybe they received the DQ notice. Or wait for another couple of days…. Check all your mail folders as well

    Hi samq26. You can check with your case number in USCIS case status webpage. It’ll show you the date your case was sent to the Department of State. This happens after approval notice (sometimes it can take up to 3 months for USCIS to send the case to NVC).

    My case was sent Nov.19th. Today we finally received the invoice to pay fees. 🎉🎉🎉

    No idea. I contacted NVC to check if they had my case and they have it! (No idea when they received it… mine was sent Nov. 19th. No news for now
