Yeah I tried this too, sorry forgot to mention it. But they still didn't accept me for the same reason(CSPA). I guess the only way, is to wait for the interview and the rest of my family will just pay the fees and documents now? We are just afraid that it will be too late by then and they say I can't be added.

Hi, I also have a question for CSPA but as an F4 derivative. Our priority date became current in the B chart (dates for filing applications) in July and we received a Welcome email from NVC for paying fees and submitting documents. But as I am over 21(unmarried) now, I was missing from our CEAC account (I have two brothers who are 21 and 23 but they were still there). When i calculated my CSPA I'm still 16 year old. I wrote to NVC twice, but i kept getting the generic response stating that I am not eligible for CSPA but that it's still not the final decision ,the consulate is who decides at the day of the interview. Do I keep writing them to add me so I can pay the fees or does my family continue with their application and then when the priority date becomes current in Final Action Dates, I contact them again.
