Hello, I'm regretting that I only found out about this site now.
I just got my i130 approved. I am currently filling out ds260, and I want to get a green card with my husband's last name.
I applied to follow my husband's surname while registering my marriage in the United States, so the marriage registration certificate indicates my new surname.
But following husband's surname is not allowed in Korea, so the maiden name remains in my passport. i130 was also written by a maiden name.
In this case, if I want to recieve my green card with a married name, should I write the married name in primary name section or other name section?
Plus, can I need to change my passport which including spouse surname after submittung ds260 and before the interview?
