    Married to USC Filed 130 16th March 2022 (pending approval) Filed i485, i131 and i765 with pending i130 receipt on 18th February. Adjustment based on B2 visa. I hope this info helps Thank you.

    Hello everyone, I have adjusted my status while in the USA on tourist visa. Will uscis expedite my advance parole for immigration issues? I need to be in different country for few weeks to get my citizenship.

    Hello everyone, what would be some of the reasons for advance parole? Adjusting my status while in the USA. I have 2 reasons to think of… 1. To visit my parents in India if I need to 2. I need to go back to Canada to attend oath ceremony. will it be ok?
