Hey
you can apply for a new passport and in the form wizard they usually ask why your applying and I think there is an option for name change.
You will need to submit your marriage certificate with the old passport.
What does the CDC email say? Did you contact CDC?
I am intrigued if anyone will get a waiver now; but they should in theory as you pointed out as they are hard to get and not available easily.
I was told off by a few nurses and they thought I was crazy even asking.
This is why I came to this thread when I just read about them stopping and if this stops the requirement. They are like gold dust to get for under 12 years old in the UK.
There is also more complications on how they get recorded on the child's health record too. They don't go in to the vaccination list but in to the gp summary record for under 12 years old. I think this is because they dont have access to the covid pass but it generated via an application.
I do think a lot of place frown on the children's covid jabs and want justification as to why.
I'd be intrigued if someone can get a waiver.
It's been a painful process regarding these.
The UK have dropped covid jabs (1st and 2nd) from next week I believe. What does that now mean will they still be required for children (as they are not freely available now)?
wow that long
wow
I assume we need the GP Summary Record? The full printout.
I got the vaccination record from the nurse when I get my MMR and Tetanus done a few weeks ago.
Once I get that I will book the medical.
I was Dq'd on the 10th Jan.
What passport photos do we need just the standard ones as I can't find the measurements for them?
I am waiting for interview too. I wasn’t aware we can book the medical without the letter.
I am just trying to get my GP summary at the moment which has been a pain
Hi,
We have two children and do they need to go to the interview with the parent who is the main beneficiary?
They are both listed on the I-130 and we have submitted al their docs to NVC which have been accepted.
They are both under the age of 11.
