  1. We just photocopies of them down and that was fine, if you take the original they will copy them but make sure you get them back at the end, they will ask you if you have all the documents you need back. As I said though I just took colour photocopies. The originals are what you need for the interview at the consulate.
  2. My wife and I are IR5 were dqd 9 Nov, we got the interview for jan 19th on the 19 of December. We got our passports back on Friday. Hope that helps.
  3. Apologies for coming back to this so late, basically the two covid vaccinations from 21/22 were fine and that's despite the boosters. It appears at the moment that's the position that London is taking and it wasn't an issue at the interview either. I ended up having polio and tetanus as an extra as I couldn't show 3 tetanus over lifetime and Polio is on the rise again. I had the Dtap a couple of yrs ago so wasnt expecting that again. I also had the flu jab there. I had the Hepb and MMR the week previously at a travel clinic as I wanted to limit the amount I got at the medical. Unfortunately I am in the 1960's age group that never got the vax record digitised and couldn't prove the sterling work my mother made in getting all those vaccinations in the cold and snow in the mid 60's. She was most put out. We leave in a couple of weeks, the medical is a well oiled machine and you'll get what you need.
  4. extra info... I had no real vaccinations on it either, so just took the vax paperwork from the travel clinics I had used prior and they were fine. I had asked for my paper records to be found and then childhood vax put on but they couldn't do that either. I gave up at that point and just hoped that common sense and the reality that this is probably something they come across a fair bit. The only thing I had to do was have another polio as its apparently on the rise the UK and another tetanus as I couldn't show three for USA needs. I had only two showing, one from '83 ns one from a couple of years ago.
  5. The dr I saw there was very kind and used her common sense. I showed her a couple of entries from the downloaded record just to support what I had told her. I couldn’t get anything changed on mine, apparently it has to be done at a higher level than the drs in the practice. I just made sure that the only issue I have, that has long term medication, was covered and explanatory so she didn’t have to ask for more information to be got.
  6. I had a summary care record but it was pretty rubbish, had info on it from 20 yrs ago as though it was current and ongoing. I just printed off a years record from the local health centre record patient access site. I also printed off a consultant letter that better explained why I was on certain medication. It was all fine. My wife’s was better but again we just printed off some relevant points from the patient access site which fleshed out certain things. That was last week. The receptionist at our gp practice printed out the summary at a moments notice but couldn’t get mine changed to be more up to date or relevant. I spoke to the visa medicals and they just said bring it anyway, I said shall I print off some extra info and they said that was fine.
  7. sorry should have said, its immigrant medical interview. we are on IR5
  8. Only picked up on this today via reddit. we have had the four vaccination/booster available since 2021 and the last one was Nov 22. We haven't been eligible for the UK autumn booster and when Med Visa asked if we had the vaccination I just assumed they meant the four we had and said yes. The 12 month ruling appears to put us out by a month or so as the medical is 4th jan. Have recent people been getting a private booster? or is it because the UK doesn't mandate people getting unless they meet the criteria its not applicable?
  9. Ok that's good to know, the Lawyers were keen on the two separate application when registering for the interview/ courier.
  10. Unfortunately as I was registering for the interview and courier for my Wife and myself, I added applicant (my wife) on the sign up when I did my user account. What I should have done is just said no to add applicant and finished mine then restarted to do my wife's. Consequently my wife is now grouped with me under my account rather than having her own distinct one with email. We are on the IR5. I can't at the moment get anyone to help, tried the visa services contact and didn't get much there. I have contacted the Embassy support and waiting to hear back but I can't believe I'm the only one to do this, so does anyone know or have done similar and managed to sort it out. We are both registered and couriered enabled. I have supplied all the DS260 code, LDN number etc so its all correct, just she needs her own account. I tried doing a new sign up for her but obviously recognised that user exists and I can't move that forward.
  11. Our date for IL came in this morning 19th January. DQ 9th November.
  12. Probably a delay by thanksgiving, hopefully this coming week. At least we’re all saying the same thing so hopefully it’s just procedure rather than one person being missed. I did have a look at 03.15 when the DQ mail came in before but nope. We’re on IR5 so i assume it’s on the same basis for dates as spousal as there’s no cap.
  13. Still waiting. We’re on an IR5, everyday is one day closer though.
  14. Ours was DQ on 9 nov so I’m hoping they release dates this week or early next. I guess it’ll be for Jan or Feb interviews now.
