    I'm worried about him sabotaging/delaying my EAD processing if he fakes something mad. I landed a return job offer from my internship last summer and I don't want to miss the opportunity. The employer probably won't wait for me for too long. Also I'm on student visa applying for OPT. So I'm scared hes going to ruin what I have worked for really hard. Thank you for following up with my question btw. It means a lot.

    I don't know maybe he can make up something that sound legit for the USCIS and I am left the burdens to prove otherwise. Because he has my personal info. And I need the work permit to support myself. I'm worried it could drag too long given how unpredictable USCIS response time can be.

    Hi all, What can I do to protect myself if my ex boyfriend tries to sabotage my EAD application? He has my personal info down to my passport number. He's been warning me for revenge since break up and what I should do to protect myself. I don't want to involve the police cuz that might get nasty since it may involve a lot of people and I haven't come out publicly yet. Appreciate any answers.
