Hi Y’all, just a heads up:
last Tuesday I sent an inquiry via the public inquiry to see if they had received our case. They responded this morning (1 week later), and said they hadn’t.
however. After further consideration last Thursday I sent an inquiry to the NVC research to see if they had received our case, and they responded yesterday (4 days) that they had received the case.
so if you are looking for info about if they have received the case, don’t be discouraged, continue inquiring. From what I’ve read only the public inquiry will provide you with a case number once you’ve confirmed they’ve received the case. And like others have said always attach pdf’s of the emails where they already told you they received it.
they are continuing to cruise along, so it’s looking good!
