  1. Hello everyone! I’m asking for my friend. She got married on 11/19/2021. They applied for AoS on 12/13/2021. Recently she got her green card. It was printed on 11/23/2022 BUT instead of a conditional 2 year Green card she received a 10 year Green card. Is it a mistake? Because according to USCIS ‘If you have been married to the U.S. citizen petitioner for less than two years at the time your Form I-485 is approved, USCIS will grant you lawful permanent resident status for two years on a conditional basis’. Does she have to call USCIS call center about a mistake? Or is it already in a database that she got her 10 year Green card and now she doesn’t have to do anything?
