    I’m kind of concerned about the progress of my spouse visa application. After I submitted the petition, I received a letter which is NOT regarding a pending case or immigration status. I feel that spouse visas should be on top priority since the two married each other to be together….not remain apart for one year. P.S. the case processing time is 10 months. Who knows it might take longer than that
