My fiancé and I received our NOA2 on July 3 2023 , we were super excited.. However as of today we have not heard a word from NVC..(67 days).... On August 29 2023 i sent a letter of inquiry to the NVC , they sent an email that makes no sense ..It states we will be notified once this case is forwarded to the assigned US Embassy /Consulate General.. Today i sent an email to NVCReaserch@state.gov... I gave them my DOB/ my fiancé's DOB Our names and a picture of our NOA2 Also our USCIS case number in the subject box.. The NOA2 states a good thru date of 10/29/2023 Should i be concerned? Is there anything i should be doing? Any advice appreciated ..

Our NOA2 was approved on July 3, 2023 and as of today we have not received any communication from NVC (67 days now).. I sent an inquiry to them on the 29th of August and they sent me a response that makes no sense.. They stated i would be notified once this case is forwarded to the assigned US Embassy / Consulate General.. We have not received our welcome letter or case number... Should i send another inquiry to NVC? Also there is an expiration date on my NOA2 of October 29 2023... Im getting concerned, any words of wisdom in this matter?

Just created my account at USCIS ..When looking at my case i found out there were 2 cases with my assigned receipt number... It stated i was approved for an I-360 petition , i never applied for this ..It also shows my k1 ..Still pending... Does any one know what is going on?? I cant find an email address to call them only a phone number... thanks Greg

It looks like we will maintain our course , 8 months is a lot of time to give up😞 and start a new visa application ... Times on the process are always being pushed the wrong way you know, at first we thought maybe we catch a break and our timeline would improve but I do not think this will be the case.. It's super hard for all of us to wait such an unfair amount of time to be with the ones we love... We chat and video call each other everyday ...... Thanks for the words of encouragement , well appreciated ..So thankful for this site, it's a comfort being able to speak to others going thru the same journey... Mike E I have to see her 2 times so far this year .. I went there in April then in October ..Still not sure what is the best way forward🙏....Thanks to everyone commenting , i know many people are in the same boat as me.....Just very frustrated as I'm sure many couples are feeling the same way..

I filed for our K1 visa back in May of 2022.. latest update says it will be end of August before the case is reviewed and it keeps changing to later and later dates..Very frustrating to say the least , it's going on 8 months since we filed.. Can I file for a CR-1 if were to get married in her country? (Philippines) Just trying to find a quicker way to start our lives together..Any advice would be appreciated ..
