  1. I never sent in my medical in the package so it was just the entire medical I693 itself. My lawyer said they left it out on purpose because if the process takes too long, I may have to do another medical exam so they just waited for USCIS to send the RFE instead.
  2. Update: I sent my medical exam (I-693) RFE on 02/24 to USCIS. 03/10 - my case was updated and indicated it was received. 03/11 - case was approved! I got the NOA in the mail today. Just waiting to receive the physical green card now. Total time was about 4 months from submission to approval. Safe to say I'm pleasantly surprised by how quickly this all went for me. Hoping everyone else gets good news sooner than later. My friend's husband submitted his AOS a while back and it got approved last month, 14 months later. However, his interview was waived.
