  1. On Dec 20th around 3pm USCIS generated the interview letter scheduled for Jan 24th. applied on Oct 12th EB 5+ years…
  2. Take it with a grain of salt, but I have read on several forums applying N-400 would speed up the I-751. It could be coincidence or its related, but thats how I read it.
  3. Within the last 3 hrs, Usicis has uploaded the interview scheduled letter to my online account. No text or email yet on this action. Phoenix FO, Jan 24th is the interview date.
  4. Depends on your case.. my wifes was simple and straight forward, she is naturalized in under 3 months.. but now that its holidays, they tend to work slow, just like all of us 🙂
  5. Most of us got that message immediately after applying. Probably routed to NBC to start background checks or preprocessing the finger printing or something else. We are dealing with blackbox and hence none of us actually say what they are doing, but can only guess.. Keep an eye on online account in 35 to 70 days for any interview letter generated.. good luck...
  6. Still no peep from FO regarding the interview. I should have applied when I applied for wife, she is almost getting her passport and I am still waiting for Interview letter. Anyone else from Phx or AZ applied for N-400 and waiting for interview or oath?
  7. Congrats, prepare well and have all the docs needed and more. What FO is your interview at?
  8. Applied on 10/12th and NOA and biometric reuse on the same day. Waiting for interview...Based off of Phoenix AZ, applied on 5+ GC on Emp basis
  9. Since you have GC for 5+ years, you should apply N-400 standalone, not tying to marriage. Should be a simple app online, just need to pay attention to Yes/No questions on moral character, tax records for the last 5 years, travel history for the last 5 years. any citations, arrest records and everything else need to collected. Good luck
  10. I hear ya about holidays and I know how we all chill around this time of the year. I had filled my form first and did not submit as I had a ticket from 2003 in CA. Wanted to get details and couldnt as it was so old.. so just applied in Oct. Applied for spouse right away and she got it, and worse, she was in India and I had to pay for another one way ticket to bring her in time to get things done. Didnt want to chance it with USCIS.
  11. Applied for spouse (Home maker) after 9 years on GC (EB-2). Here is the timeline and hers is a simple case with no job and no criminal/citation history. Only took 90 days to get naturalized and exactly 7 weeks to get Interview notice generated. Applied - Aug 16th, 2022 Notice generated and Bio reuse - Aug 16th, 2022 Interview notice generated - Oct 7th, 2022. Interview - Nov 9th, 2022 Oath - Nov 14 2022. Applied mine ------------------------ Applied - Oct 09th, 2022 Notice generated and Bio reuse - Oct 09th, 2022 Not like my wifes, mine is taking some time and hoping to see an interview letter generated by years end, hopefully.
  12. October 12 filer here, 9 yrs on GC and waiting for interview. Applied for spouse in Aug and she got her interview in Nov and got naturalized on Nov 15th from Phoenix. Checking almost daily to see if they process the app and schedule the interview soon
  13. I agree, but lets start the guy interviewing or looking at your application has to be convinced that this is not a sham or marriage of convenience. Just think like an outsider looking in and see how it feels.
