  1. Wow it would be sooo nice to get to 12-ish months by the end of this year...
  2. Not sure about your embassy specifically, but I would think so- as I've read that other embassies were requiring translations.
  3. FB Group has been created for December 2022 Filers: https://www.facebook.com/groups/526944126247872 It's still an infant group (like this thread so far), but throughout the year it will grow just like all the other months! VJ experts are welcome to join too, to help us get through it all... 🤩
  4. Been watching the current approvals going on. Many of them are right around 14 months. I know that there are still cases lingering from August, Sept, October 2021, 😔 but they are also actively working on November and even December 2021! Hoping with the case load (worked) increases these days, we from December 2022 would be reviewed in even less than 14 months! Fingers crossed!
  5. TBH I'd be over the moon if we can get to 12 months by this coming December! 🤩
  6. Great job on the analyses everyone... @Cokes I am also December 2022... 🤐
  7. Looks like it is not just I-129Fs that are rocking! Saw this chatter on Reddit a little while ago: USCIS keep it up! Almost 3K I-130 Approved yesterday (IOE). Over 2k a day this week too! Yay!
  8. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sN2bo1xZhs8oVU6-QDUdBXBX2_ci8_QJ0wiz59Gp6H4/edit#gid=1603169151 This spreadsheet seems to be updated daily! Already has a tentative count for Monday.
  9. Good luck to you OP. Hope this all works out for you...
  10. I would be happy to be part of the newer members who help gather the info and keep it updated once the 2021 filers move forward. If someone like Anna can help point me/us in the right direction.... I'm down for some data mining...
  11. We would not be able to get married until this fall at the earliest. So we are not willing to add that time onto the whole process. We are actually saving time to be together this way, and we'll worry about the AOS once she arrives here.
  12. Okay this is getting exciting. LOL even though we are a Dec 2022 filer, this is already so intriguing! Someone just slap me if I'm getting too involved/interested too early.
  13. Looks like last week's numbers were quite low- 102, unless the spreadsheet still needs an update...
  14. Sure Anna, I definitely appreciate the feedback! However, when deciding between filing NOW for a fiancée visa or wait until after a wedding (in her country), which would be July or August of this year at the earliest, to file the spousal visa, this made more sense to us. So in our case, we are saving time, which is very important to us as far as being together ASAP goes... and it will also be less expensive for us to get married in the US, so I guess that savings will help offset the new AOS fees that you are talking about...
  15. Yep from everything I see on the forums and also USCIS web site But K-1 was our best route because we will be together sooner. We could file now, and then worry about AOS once she arrives here in the US. Yes she won't be able to work or travel (internationally), but at least we'd be together to wait it out.
  16. I-129F has been mailed! Waiting for the receipt so we can all follow this journey together!
