    Speaking of previous months, I've noticed a little more activity for old months like July-November 2021 on the Lawfully web site and spreadsheet... most of them were approvals! So happy for them finally!

    That's how I view the spreadsheet too, wait time for my month I interpret it as worst case scenario. Especially, like you mentioned, I am at the very end of my month so I figure the month after me will start getting processed before my own case...

    Between 49500 and 49999, there are many different kinds of cases filed with USCIS. Out of those 500 cases of all kinds, 198 of them are I-129F.

    Hmm I wonder if some of those who didn't respond to their RFE were stretching it in the first place, perhaps it wasn't completely legit but they tried applying anyway but now realized they couldn't provide what was being asked...

    I agree about the cases picking up and the faster rates! The lucky ones of our month who get processed first, I'm actually speculating January 2024. I hope and pray none of us here end up being the stragglers...!

    This makes sense, seeing as how there are active September and October '22 filers on FB and here on VJ who are still waiting... that means they are is 17-18 months, and cases like theirs might be in the average...
