    🙃This part I'm not sure, as you are further along than us... But pretty sure the letter will give you all the detail you need and plenty of time to gather it and get it back to them. Overthinking makes everything worse, so try and bide your time until the letter comes. I know, easier said than done.

    Yes. initial means there is something from the original petition package missing. Like a field or check mark missing on the application, or a letter of intent not included. Additional means they want to see more to help support your petition, like further evidence of the meeting requirement...

    The best thing you can do is to get the app on your phone named Case Tracker. You can check your own case # and even check a range of cases around your own.

    I saw something this week showing just under 600 cases untouched for May 2022

    July 2022 cases are being touched now, so probably in 3 weeks or so they should also start August 2022!

    Take it from @Bh_sarah- I witnessed her (late Feb 2022 filer) get "passed up" day by day and week by week, and finally approved in May if I recall. IT WILL HAPPEN EVERYONE 🙂 And once it does, you will actually forget about this first phase of NOA2 and move on to the worries of the next phases...

    I think most of the VJ chatter has gone back into each of the months' filing groups, rather than here as a general group...

    USCIS is currently working on June 2022 cases, so yes it COULD be soon! Although it could also still take up to 14+ months, so don't be disheartened if it does for your case...
