    🙃This part I'm not sure, as you are further along than us... But pretty sure the letter will give you all the detail you need and plenty of time to gather it and get it back to them. Overthinking makes everything worse, so try and bide your time until the letter comes. I know, easier said than done.

    Yes. initial means there is something from the original petition package missing. Like a field or check mark missing on the application, or a letter of intent not included. Additional means they want to see more to help support your petition, like further evidence of the meeting requirement...

    The best thing you can do is to get the app on your phone named Case Tracker. You can check your own case # and even check a range of cases around your own.
