    So there is another thread that you should really follow for all of that info. This thread is for December 2022 filers still waiting for their NOA2, most of them won't have the answers for you. I suggest you go find the thread NOVEMBER 2023 K1 to NOA2 to NVC to EMBASSY and ask all of those questions there. This will help you a lot! And secondly, try to find a thread for your country's embassy, they can help you with specific things to do once your case becomes READY.

    The next correspondence will be a k1-ftp letter (welcome letter) emailed as an attachment to the petitioner once the case is in transit to the embassy. NVC only ships cases out to the embassies every 2 weeks. Last time was Nov 21 & 22. Next time will be Dec 5 & 6. So hopefully you'll be in the next batch to ship out this week. Good luck.

    From what I have seen, once USCIS gets your response to the RFE it can take 2-4 weeks for them to approve your case. Hope this helps...

    You should be able to get it by now. Go ahead and inquire. I inquired on the 14th (14 days after NOA2) and got my case number on the 17th.

    Hi, NOA2 was Oct 31. Submitted the first inquiry to NVC on Nov 9. A little early, but we shall see...

    The same sheet will be updated when they can. The 16th was the last time. If you refresh it occasionally then you will eventually see new info. (The same author has sheets for November and for December.) Otherwise, no I am not following October cases… we are December. just here to cheer you all on 😊😊
