    Hello I am a US citizen and currently waiting for the NVC to approve my wife (Mexican citizen) for an interview at Ciudad Juárez. However, she is 2 months pregnant. My concern/question is: Does the NVC decline visas to pregnant immigrants who are married to US citizens? Do I have to submit another 1-30 form when my child is born? Or what would be the process? Could I register my child as a US citizen born abroad? Thank you!
