    hi guys, in my enquiry response NVC told me that my interview is scheduled for feb 6 and should get letter shortly, this was today. However i dont see my status in NVC changed to InTransit and havent gotten an IL either....hope it comes through quickly.

    This is erally crazy. Not sure why EB IL's are not getting prioritized. Not hearing anything around it for jan and feb atleast in India. Its been so frustrating.

    Yes for India also last week they had a big bunch of IR/CR visa IL's go out for february. I read somwhere that typically they send family visa IL's first and then employment IL's go out. Fingers crossed !!

    Fortunately I am not since my eb2 PD was ported which is June 2019. Let’s hope what u say is true around ILs going out now that VB is out since I think employment category has seen a slow down in last month for sure in terms of IL What about you @BahamaBaby are u impacted ??

    Following along. I agree i havent seen any EB interview call out any where in any forums. I am in DQ since oct 28th (mumbai, India) and still waiting to hear back. Was hoping they give in January 2023.

    @BahamaBaby The backlog varies with visa type. For eb1 what i was tracking is that a lot of DQ candidates in September got IL in 3-5 weeks. Also at visawhen webesite i see that they have completed a lot of visa approvals in last 6months. The IR/CR candidates the backlog is 6+ months still but getting shorter.

    DQ: October, 28, 202. VISA: EB1 EMBASSY: Mumbai, India. INTERVIEW DATE: still waiting for IL. overall i think it has slowed down across the world.

    hi all, any body with DQ in October/November for EB1/2/3 category and waiting for IL in mumbai, India ? Trying to see whats the wait like. Iam in EB1 with priority date of June 2019 and DQ date of Oct 28th 2022. Still have not gotten the IL. In some other forums i see that its taking 3-5weeks to get IL for some of the august/september DQ dates.
