  1. I'm sure your PD will be current this October because that's when a new fiscal year begins and new visa numbers are released.
  2. Try send an inquiry here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html , this is the best way to contact NVC, they will reply you within days.
  3. I'm sorry to hear that. Your PD is only one month after Feb 15, so I'm sure once the bulletin moves forward, it'll be past your PD!
  4. You may still get an interview letter this month, as this month (April) the final action date is July 1, 2022, so your PD is current this month, but not next month. But I don't know how your embassy works or how this situation in general works, maybe there is not enough time, maybe there is...
  5. For those who are EB2 and waiting for the interview letter, please be aware that on the visa bulletin of this month (April), the final action date is July 1, 2022 (for countries other than China and India), and it will retrogress to Feb 15, 2022, next month. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin.html So if your priority date is not before the final action date, you won't receive the interview letter, not until the final action date moves forward to a date after your priority date.
  6. Thanks! Fingers crossed. And I hope the interview goes smoothly for you!!
  7. I think you meant to quote @Natashavilacha to ask about their interview time? So you got your interview? Congratulations! What day is it?
  8. Oh wow, I'm glad to know about this data point there. Yes, April is coming in a few days, hopefully, you'll get the interview email soon!
  9. So glad to see another EB case in Paris! Unfortunately, I have to wait for the visa bulletin to move past my priority date first, so I don't know if I can get an interview soon. I think @pilot787 would probably have news first.
  10. Cool, it would be nice to see what info the embassy can give for EB cases.
  11. Correction: It should be after their case status becomes "Ready", it's possible to contact the embassy directly to ask them the progress of the case status.
  12. Thanks for the info! Hopefully you'll get the interview letter soon! Yes, the bulletin is based on one's citizenship at birth and it doesn't matter if one changed citizenship later. I heard that most likely in October or even later, the cut off date will move forward. Fingers crossed!! By the way, I heard from another platform that at other embassies, once you get your interview letter, it's possible to contact the embassy directly to ask them the progress of your case status (after NVC sends it to them), some people heard from the embassy when their case actually arrived, and that after their case arrived, it still took the embassy 2 months to do a "pre-interview processing" for their case.
  13. Thank you! I just got DQ'ed last week. So you've been waiting for 2 months for an interview date? I read in a previous post of yours that you got an email from NVC that you are in queue awaiting an interview on Jan 12. Has your case been sent to Paris embassy already? Or is it still at NVC? Two months is a long time of waiting already... Plus,, I'm born in China so I also need to wait for the visa bulletin to be current first , but I didn't know to get an interview in Paris needs waiting too..
  14. Are you only having problems with both your current and previous address, or are you only having problem with one of them? Try this: remove all answers in the address section, then enter only your present address and click "No" for previous address, and finish other answers in this section, just to see if you can save this info fine. If yes, then you can come back to this section and change the answer for previous address to "Yes", and see if you can add your previous address. Also, try Microsoft Edge. Another possibility of this problem is your keyboard input language, make sure the keyboard input source is English. If it still doesn't work, perhaps you can take a screenshot and send an inquiry to NVC to explain this situation.
  15. No, unfortunately it did not mention anything about that..
  16. I just got DQ'ed on Mar 9 at 2 am (EST)! I received an email with an attached file that says: “The National Visa Center (NVC) received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa case. The applicant is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas, where a consular officer will adjudicate the applicant’s visa application.” So in total it took almost 20 days for me.
  17. Did you send your civic docs to the address in VA? May I ask how many days did it take from the delivery date of your civic docs to when you receive the verification email?
  18. Hi @pilot787, may I ask after you are DQ'ed, do you see anything changed in your CEAC page? I think EB cases don't have the CEAC "message" section as the FB cases do. But is there anywhere that says "Documentarily complete" or something similar to indicate that you are DQ'ed?
  19. I'm waiting for DQ too, check out this thread of people who submitted in February. It should take roughly only 17 days for DQ.
