If i get If i do get the medical visa, i have no intent to stay there. All i want is more efficient treatment for my daughter. After all, i would not want to mess up my chances to get my green card after that.

": There's no doubt that the available treatment here in Morocco, isn't the same as the one in the Unites States and i want the best medical treatment for my daughter. 2) "The only option would be a B visa for medical, but with your ties to the US, getting that is unlikely. ": Maybe i can show the embassy proof that i have a bigger attachment to my home country (stable job, owned house...) and i only have my brother and sister in the united states. Hi everyone I need your advice . i the beneficiary of an approved I-130 petition ( F4 category) PD isn t current yet.( PD is 9th November 2008 ) . i am also the mother of 16 years old girl who is suffering from multiple autuimmune diseases from the age of 5. she's recently diagnosted with a another serious deisease : LUPUS. she s on medication and chemical treatment but her health is getting worse and worse every day. i m planning to obtain a medical care for her in the US with the help of my family living abroad. i m gatring all the medical documents, the statement from her physicien and the letter from the clinic in the US .... my question is : should i send an expedite request to NVC for humanitarian reasons OR apply for medical visa instead OR do them both to save time ( delay of visa appointment ) ? thank you in advance
