I recently won the lottery I'm in dubai but an African I'm trying to fill the ds 260 but on educational requirements.. I have secondary school certificate and vocational certificate yet in dv vocational is not considered. So I filled my highest level of education as high school diploma What I'm asking should I go ahead to include technical vocational certificate under the number of institutions attended or I should leave it and simply write only secondary school certificate
