I've submitted DS-260 with a passport that will expire on Aug 2023 and also, I've already been scheduled for an interview on January 2023. So if everything goes well, I would receive visa at the end of January having few days to travel to U.S before the minimum 6 months valid passport required. For this reason, I'm considering renewing passport and present the old one and the new one in the interview. But I'm not sure if I can encounter any problem due to I'm showing a different passport number from what I put in DS-260 form. Any help is appreciated
