  1. I am so sorry to read that, if you don't mind answering is it two years at DOS only? or the whole process? I pray to all of us to see good news very soon
  2. with all this frustration going on ,if we did not apply for Conrad 30 this year as we applied for hardship can we still apply for Conrad next cycle which will be after we already graduated from residency? is there anyone who is thinking about that?
  3. Hello, I wanted to get your opinion on this matter. The Hardship has been pending with DOS since 9/2022. We signed a contract with a University who is interested in sponsoring us for Anesthesiology in a MUA via the Conrad 30 route. The state has 5 spots remaining and DHS indicated they will not sponsor unless we withdraw the hardship. Now it is almost Feb, 2023. It is a very hard decision. Should we withdraw the hardship and start Conrad now? We have come so far with the hardship and we don't want to risk everything by withdrawing it and starting a whole new process from scratch. We have a decent chance with O1 and we consulted multiple lawyers. What do you think is good option? We are thinking to just stick with the hardship and apply for O1
  4. do you need to withdraw your hardship waiver in order to apply to conrad 30 waiver?
  5. it is not easy or uncomplicated to sue, needs lawyers and money. I don't know what can make them move with processing, maybe a miracle.
  6. At this time am asking myself why we went the hardship route???! why we did not take the regular J1 waiver route, maybe we did not know better! we did not ask enough! we just consulted lawyers who only care about money I feel sacred and frustrated at this moment we worked so hard for this, it has been already tough enough following this group made us feel all zero hope am sorry for this post I hope am wrong and things start to move rationally
  7. I hope so , or hopefully they start to move in 2023 ,it looks like most cases are stuck since right after COVID , ah we pray something changes by new year
  8. it is really frustrating how most cases are stuck in the DOS ,has anyone here heard about an expedite request that got accepted? also is it hard to get O1 visa these days ?
