Hi, Did you get your visa? PD date for F2A is retrogressed to Jan 2018 and I was in AP after interview . Does somebody know is there any progress for F2A in October 2023 please?/?

Today is the last day to be current in bulletin visa for my case and I am so depressed and frustrated. Is anyone has any good news regarding Bulletin visa will progress in October 2023 please let me know.

I had my interview already and unfortunately I was in AP while visa bulletin retrogressed to 2017 .the question is my case will remain in the embassy or will be back to NVC ??please guys let me know if you have any knowledge ,it is very stressful situation for my family, Hope priority date move forward in October.

HI, guys please help me, my lawyer told me the priority date announced for August and is back to October 2017 for my category it means I must wait 2 years for my priority case be current and we must voluntary dismiss our case in court? It means I have to wait 2 years my case be currents just because I was in AP

Thank you for your answer but even my layer was shocked ,they even did not touch my case and no update received during the extension, so frustration I am just crying cannot believe it.

I cannot mentioned my lawyer's name now .defendant file motion to dismiss and my lawyer is responding them, but I lost all my hope as everyone here comes and talking about their mandamus file was successful, did somebody have the same experience? please guys let me know

Hi, does somebody knows what will happen if Mandamus get dismissed, can file be moved forward even with dismissed mandamus. please let me know as we are in swamp with dismiss and our lawyer is shocked too.
