  3. Do you have to register in vietnam after the Utah? since Vietnam does not legalize same sex married I was wonder if I can go this round if my K-1 is Denied. is anyone have any suggestion please advise if this possible. Thanks
  4. No I did that, after I upload all the docs they send a letter said that they got it and they will contact when they have finish processing. No further documents required.
  5. Hummmm I have the similar 221g submitted and still waiting for the consular decision. (something new everyday)

  8. my first Married was in 1994 have a child ( she is now 25) divorced 2004 Married again 2012 and separated 2018, finally divorced in 2021. Now I know why and accepted who I'm , met someone same sex in 2018 File K-1 in Nov-2022 , got interview Dec-14-2023 and got a 221G. asked to submit more docs and received a note said. will get back and let us know. and now ... have no idea what will be next . any input or thought ? Thanks
  9. So the After the Interview He got the first blue slip "R2-E" , we submitted all the documents requested, 1 week later we got a new blue slip "blank don't have any code" deliver to the house. Is this mean we are done. is anyone have any input or experience or ever get this type of notice "blank not code R2-V, R2-E ...ect." I look everywhere couldn't find any advised of what are we up to next and how long to get the final answer. Thanks

Family Tree for both of us. 2. timeline: Provide a detailed chronology of the relationship, clearly when and how you first met as well as how your relationship has developed.( they do Have the right to asked for this, because I didn't have this when I filed in the beginning with USCIS. 3. history of my EX.
