    My i130 got rejected a few months ago by the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City. They are sending it back to USCIS for NOIR/NOID. Should I file it again since it takes another year before I can hear anything from USCIS according to many people? What are the pros & cons?

    is 10 years apart is a big gap? As for work history, her family own a wedding restaurant, she runs the business. Yes, I'm VK, might be a red flag and met her thru my cousin. So that could be the reason. The phone interview question she got wrong was about what I purchased for her bday. I said an apple watch, she said nothing.

    Provided ticket when I went back to VN 3x, trip with my wife to Da Nang, Nha Trang, & Phu Cat showing both our name on the tickets, copies of all the hotels we stayed at, ton of pictures with both sides of the family, pictures of the places we went, receipt of the diamond I got her, monthly receipt of the money I sent to her, wedding album, screenshots of facetime video, my divorce decree document, and other things but can't remember. oh well...can't do anything now beside wait.....

    Why would I know? I'm not a mind reader. I provided all the everything plus 1k pages of facebook chat, etc.... and visited her 2 times since marriage.

    Green card long time ago. I came thru the program for American kid with us soldier. I forgot the name of the program.

    I took the test myself. I waited until I was 18 apply for citizenship.

    She knows the reason for the divorce. CO asked her during the interview. She answered all 5 questions from CO without any problem.

    In term of court, yes I was still married but already filed for divorce. Then covid started. Everything shut down until April 2021. The divorce delayed for a year. I got married on April 2022. ex wife is usc.

    I don’t know. The CO didn’t ask anything about my relationship with my current wife. Kept asking about my ex wife when I was at the consulate for my wife 2nd interview. Then phone interview in November 2022. Now consulate denied it.
