Everywhere i look it doesnt tell me if co-sponsors are allowed

Does the US embassy in London allow co-sponsors?

What exactly did you send? Should they send me tax transcripts and returns, employee letter pay stubs and bank letter stating when they opened their bank accounts? also do they need to send me a copy of their birthcertificates, also is a scan ok of the certificate?

I have 1 month until my K1 Visa interview, I have told my fiance and the Co-Sponsor to gather all the evidence a long with two i-134 forms, I need help claryfiying what they need to send me, what needs to be wet signatures and mailed and what can be scanned and emailed to me with a signature. I have sent them a pdf file stating different things they need from online.
