Everywhere i look it doesnt tell me if co-sponsors are allowed

Does the US embassy in London allow co-sponsors?

What exactly did you send? Should they send me tax transcripts and returns, employee letter pay stubs and bank letter stating when they opened their bank accounts? also do they need to send me a copy of their birthcertificates, also is a scan ok of the certificate?

I have 1 month until my K1 Visa interview, I have told my fiance and the Co-Sponsor to gather all the evidence a long with two i-134 forms, I need help claryfiying what they need to send me, what needs to be wet signatures and mailed and what can be scanned and emailed to me with a signature. I have sent them a pdf file stating different things they need from online. Hello! I was wondering when i go to select a date for my visa interview at the london embassy on a K1 the top says immigrant visas and claims that the K visa is apart of it, should i be on the nonimmigrant site or am i on the correct place. also does anyone know a good time to check for any appointments being posted?

Personally i have spent my savings on travelling to the US, I'm from the UK. So she would still need to fill out the i134 and he would need to fill it out too but only count the people who is on his taxes? So she would need to write one out anyway and her father? would that be acceptable? London embassy btw.

They just live with her, but still she couldnt be a single sponsor with making 15 thousand a year thats why her dad is going to be joint sponsor

She is the petitioner I’m the beneficiary, she has 6 people in her household 7 including me when I move there.

I just got mail in from the us embassy in london saying I can do my ds160 and continue my visa. It says that we might be asked about i134, i have a couple of questions regarding this. my fiancé who is a us citizen doesn’t meet the minimum requirements as a household with 7 is around the 52 thousand mark she makes 15 thousand a year and has been working there for a year. Her father makes more than the minimum requirement and is offering to sponsor me aswell. How do they go about filing out the required documents. I really need help with this thank you.

So my fiancé is filing out a i134 but she doesn’t meet the requirements for income, can we put her parents on it aswell or another one? Also how would she send it to me after competing it for my visa interview.

I have emailed the nvc and they said they have sent my file to the embassy and that it is currently in transit on the 15th of august. They have emailed me my invoice id and my case number, where do i go from there i read a lot of different things online and i want to be on the right track. Another thing is that i have only 1 month left before my approval expires at the end of september but i barely got my file sent off, should i be worried. what should i do? Any information would help please, im worried that something bad will happen when we've waited so long. (K1 visa)

If there was an issue I’m sure they would tell me so I just gotta wait. Also that being said to make sure I shouldn’t have to worry about the expiry date on the i797 correct?

So what I mean by they is I have received the i797 from uscis and saying nvc will take over, is there a delay in when my fiancé should be reviewing his welcome letter in the mail in his country?

So I’ve received the notice that’s says they will be sending it to the embassy and it’s nearing the time the approval notice will expire and I haven’t heard anything after, again my fiancé received the i 797 notice of action form.

So my i29f was approved and my fiancé got sent the I 797 form in the mail and it’s saying that nvc will be sending i 29f to the London embassy, I’ve not received anything in the mail saying it’s arrived. Am I supposed to be waiting for an appointment to be set up or do I need to start doing stuff online to set up my embassy interview. For example do I need to do my ds 160 and start getting everything finalized?
