    I was looking through my different tabs on the i765 seeing if anything updated then checked this reddit, i saw that some people try and talk to emma to get to a real agent so i tried it, while messaging said agent i gave them my details and they said my ead card was being produced and has been approved, is this accurate or no? I really hope it is. Still nothing on myprogress and in the documents tab.

    Also i just noticed that i forgot to add my dates of employment the start and end date of the one i did put, is this an issue?

    Hello i sent off my AOS packet and with the i485 i only put down an employer that i worked as for a year, recently within the past 8 months i worked as a amazon warehouse worker for 1 month but i didnt put it in my i485 because i simply forgot to when filing everything, will this ever be an issue, it was work in my home country not in the US. Thank you

    Hello a quick one, if the biometrics letter doesnt come in the mail in time can i use the one online and print it out through my documents area in USCIS case, or does it need to be the one sent in the mail.

    Quick Question if i apply for AOS and want to do the EAD and AP form aswell how much will it all be together if i send it all out as one?

    Luckily i shouldnt require health insurance at this time as i take no medication and plan on not injuring myself haha. Do you think it's a good idea to get one of those temporary insurance plans, Also at the interview if i do not have health insurance or a joint health insurance can i get denied?

    Hello! I just got issued my visa and i'm flying to America very soon, my questions is, is Health Insurance a requirement for my adjustment of status? My fiance does not have health insurance as part of her job. Will it be an issue, She lives in Texas.

    You would think they would be able to, but im not worried as i havent had US visas on that passport as i was only 11 haha, so i think i should be okay. like i said it was just a quic vacation to florida with my family.

    Yea thats the only time ive been to America thats an old passport but like i said i was 11 and it was just a vacation. my parents must have naturally just thrown it away. but my current passport has all my stamps and everything from the past 3 years of visiting my fiance.

    My old passport either got taken away when i got my new one (i dont remember because i was very young) My most recent trips to America were last 3 years on my current passport but back in 2011 when i was 11 years old i went to America for vacation with my family... it is asking for old passports but i don't have it anymore ("All previous passports, especially those that show any internaঞonal trips or previously issued visas to the United States.") Is this an issue for the London Interview?

    k1 visa applicant electing to not be vaccinated at the time of examination So when i do get the required vaccines, i just need my updated vaccination record and being my DS3025 to the civil surgeon then he will transcribe it for me for AOS?

    So I have my ds 3025 with my vaccines and only have a couple to tick off before AOS. I’m getting them done next week and when I go to the civil surgeon in the US should I bring a copy of my GP updated vaccines and my ds 3025, will that be good enough for the surgeon to sign or do I need something specific showing I got my updated vaccines after the medical?

    Question about dependents, under the question 14 when it asks about petitioner dependents does my fiance just put herself and her annual income as she has no kids but our co sponsor is her father, would he put down his other kids in the same household or not?

    so if the co sponsor makes enough money and sends me tax transcripts then we dont need bank letters?

    My interview is coming up and it states on here that my fiance needs to get a bank letter from a bank officer, we are doing a co-sponsor my fiance doesnt meet the requirements but her father does, if he meets the requirements do either of them need this bank letter?

    They have already sent out my medical to the embassy, I'm going to get the 3 vaccines before i go to the US once in the US i will give them my updated vaccination record and ask them to fill out the i693 for the AOS. Is that not what i do. There are over 30 civil surgeons offices near me in the US im sure i can find somebody who will sign the document for me after showing them.

    I think it will be too late to update my medical as i have already sent it out, there are a lot of clinical surgeons near by i think it will be okay.

    I think im going to get my vaccines next wek at my GP and my first dose of Hep B, There is a lot of doctors in the US near my fiance that can confirm that i have recieved them so its no problem.

    @Boiler is this true about the one dose is good enough as long as i have started them? for hep b?

    Yea I read online that you dont need to complete all 3 of the vaccinations for the hep b but just start the first one then i can get signed off on those 3 for the AOS. So not a problem going to get all of them next week then will be all good for AOS i can just get a civil surgeon to sign the document to confirm when in America.

    They did offer them at a price, i said i would get them at my GP before going to america. Do you know if i need all 3 doses of hep b before applying for AOS or just in process is ok?

    so i can apply for AOS while in the process of getting boosters for HEP B?

    I have recently had my medical at London for my K1 visa and when i left i got given a form of vaccinations that i need to get before i do my AOS, what is the best way of obtaining these vaccinations. I read online that the hep b vaccine can take up to 6 months for all 3 doses and I just need some help with how everyone else did it. I have my Visa interview on the 6th of november and i have my flights booked to fly out there for the 12th of december. PLEASE HELP!
