  1. Hello, I did my medical in Berlin and my interview was in Frankfurt, both in Germany. I took the medical exam and the doctor administered Flu and MMR shot that day. Unfortunately, he forgot to administer Hep B shot (since it has become mandatory recently again). I also did not know it was mandatory. Several days after the medical exam the doctor called me. He told me that he forgot Hep B shot. But, I don’t have to go to him again. I can go to my family doctor after 14 days from the medical exam and take the Hep B shot l, because there should have 14 days gap from previous shots. But, the 14th day was the day after my interview. I asked the doctor if it will be a problem. He said it will not be a problem. I can attend the interview with medical pending. I should take the shot after the interview and send him the proof so that he can send the medical. During the interview, the VO told me my medical was not sent (not partially sent, it was not sent at all). The doctors normally does not send the report until it is complete. So, he sent the full report after I send him the proof. The consulate also will not process the visa until everything is complete. Regards, Khandker
  2. Hi, I attended the interview and they asked me why my medical was incomplete? I explained them. I also asked the VO if it will be a problem or if there will be a significant delay to get the visa. They answered me that it will not be a problem, it will take one or two weeks. But, I waited for 23 days and there was no status update. So I called the doctors office and note down the exact date when they sent my medical. Then I emailed the consulate stating the date when the medical was sent and asked about the status of the visa. They told me that they are on the last process of my visa. After several hours the status changed to AP and next day it was approved. I think when I emailed them they opened my case again and saw that everything is complete and they put it on the processing queue. Regards, khandker
  3. Hello Everyone, I had a medical exam on 07 November 2022. The doctor gave me the missing vaccine shots but he forgot to administer Hepatitis B, which I didn’t have. My interview is on 22 November. Today on 18 November 2022, the doctor called me and said I have to take the Hepatitis B vaccine after 22 November and send him the scanned vaccine card. I asked him, will it be a problem for my interview since my interview is on 22 November (before that I can’t take the vaccine). He said it will not be a problem. My question is, for this will there really be a problem on my interview such as refusal? If the visa status goes under administrative processing, does it take a long time to be accepted after the doctor send the document? Best regards, khandker
