  1. @pushbrk Thank you, but the question asks for a handwritten response, not a field to be completed. Are we talking about the same thing? Writing the name in Japanese and then the address in Roman characters is what I thought might be the best option... with a comment on the page about this scenario.
  2. Thanks, all, but I'm still confused. For clarification, this is the section I'm asking about (attached). I assume that this question is asking for an address at which docs/comms could be mailed. The beneficiary's native written language does not use Roman letters, so a response is necessary. But, their "foreign address" does use Roman letters. You can't really write a Singapore address in Japanese - at least not if you want anything to be received at that address. If not for an address at which things can be received if mailed, what is the purpose of this question?
  3. I am confused about how to answer the native language question: "Information about beneficiary in their native written language". I have not found any posts that address my scenario, so I'm posting. I am the petitioner. The beneficiary is Japanese and was born in Japan. Japanese, of course, does not use the English alphabet. The Japanese beneficiary does not have an address in Japan because we live together, in Singapore. Singapore does not use Japanese, at all. And, the official language is English. Our address has been in English for over ten years. How can I properly complete this question about native language?
