Thanks, all, but I'm still confused. For clarification, this is the section I'm asking about (attached). I assume that this question is asking for an address at which docs/comms could be mailed.
The beneficiary's native written language does not use Roman letters, so a response is necessary.
But, their "foreign address" does use Roman letters.
You can't really write a Singapore address in Japanese - at least not if you want anything to be received at that address.
If not for an address at which things can be received if mailed, what is the purpose of this question?
