    Hi All, I just submitted an I-130 for my wife a few days ago. I got an email today stating they've taken action on my case. When I log on, it provides an estimated approval of 10 months. Can anyone speak to the accuracy of this? Did they actually look at my application and provide that or just put a general number in there?

    Not asking from an integrity point of view. Is this forn intended to be filled out by the beneficiary or the petitioner? If the answer is beneficiary, then I’ll fill out the interpreter section

    I am completing this form for my spouse who is not fluent in English and lives outside the US. Should I fill out the Interpreter section or just leave it blank?

    I wanted to understand the risks of starting a visitor visa process for my wife while my I-130 is pending. If someone can shed some light on the process and risks involved.would applying put her I-130 at risk? apologies in advance if this was already asked previously

    Thanks, there is also another requirement to take an image of back of the 2x2 photo with name and A-number. Obviously, the photo will be still be required, but do i need to take a picture of the back of it with the N/A as well?

    I am getting ready to submit I-130 for my wife but. I-130A is asking for an A-number. To my understanding, you only get that once you have a case ID. Can someone confirm this? Should I just N/A?

    The USCIS website requests the following "Include an image of the back of the photograph with your name and A-number written in pen or pencil" 1) Where can I find both mine and my spouse's A-number? 2) This will obviously have to be an image of an image, correct?

    Can someone who has successfully completed a I-130 online tell me how they handled the 2x2 photo requirement? Did you take a photo of the 2x2 photo or did upload a JPEG/PDF.

    Thank you! One more question. Her birth certificate is in Arabic and she got it translated to English. Some people are telling me I can’t submit both documents and that both the Arabic/English needs to be one paper (attached). can anyone confirm whether this is true?

    Hi my beneficiary doesn’t have a passport and never had one. I know it asks for a passport number on the application. I was told you can use a birth certificate instead. Is this true?
