  1. He said as long as she's able to get in the country, then there's no problem.
  2. I guess that's the question. Does she need to be a resident of Thailand?
  3. The reason the lawyer suggested going to Thailand is because you are allowed to enter Thailand with an Egyptian passport and the processing times are much shorter than Cairo. Otherwise, no other connection
  4. She only has residence in Egypt. Never been to Thailand
  5. Hello, When submitting the I-130 for my wife, I chose Cairo as that consulate that her application will be sent to. A lawyer told me that we can change this to another country once the I-130(Thailand) in hopes to minimize the NVC/Interview process time. Is there any legal implication in doing this? I was told that there's not (and it sounds legit), but I wanted to double check. Thanks
  6. totally not following..i'm a USC visiting another country. You're saying I have a limit as to how long I can stay? Where is this exit date you're referring to?

  12. Curious as to how Visajourney gets all this data. Does the system solely rely on immigration timeline entries?

  14. Thanks. I applied for I-130 in Feb. do you think it’s too late to file K3?
  15. Ok, i am looking at the instructions and filed it all out. Do i have to repay the $535 fee? I already paid for the I-130
  16. I am referring to the K-3. Isn't that I-129F? I did submit the I-130 also.
  17. Hi, the wait time in my wife's country for Visitor visa is about 100 days. She is in the process of getting a passport but does not have one yet. Can i still apply for the B2 online and just put N/A where it asks for passport number or is it better to wait until she physically has it?
  18. My wife is pregnant and odds that her I-130 case will be approved before birth are slim. Healthcare in her area is extremely poor. Is it possible they'll consider granting her a B2 visa to give birth here?
