Hi all, so I’ve submitted six I-130 applications for my husband and kids. Two of them are stating that the are ‘being actively reviewed’, they have had this status for a month but the other four still say ‘application received and notice sent’. Do you know if they will link all of the applications and approve them all at the same time? Thanks for you advice.

Thank once again for your response. Just for perfect clarity to ensure I don’t make a mistake or look like I am trying to mislead anyone. Do I include the children’s names in part 5, item number 4 as is does not state anywhere that US citizen children should be excluded or children for whom you have filed an I-864w for. But is does instruct you to add up all people in your household for whom you are financially responsible for. So would it be best to list them in part 5, item 4 and then add an additional note to inform them that I have filed I-864W’s for them? Thank you for your help and time.

Hi again, I’m am just looking for a little clarification if you don’t mind. I am in the process of completing the I-864/W for my husband and kids and am unsure of what to put down for our household size/ number of dependents. Do I include the 5 children in the household size and the add in the additional information that I-846w are being filed for them or do I only include my husband? Thank you again for you help.

Hi, I’m looking for a little clarification. I am a US citizen living in the UK. My husband, five kids (all British citizens and kids are under 10 years) and I are looking to move to the US as soon as we can. I have filed an I-130 for my husband and it is my understanding that he will need to file for a green card after that. Firstly does anyone know the form code he needs to file for his green card please? Secondly i’m not sure what’s the best route for my kids, I can file a N-600k for them, with my mother being the qualifying American citizen but is this the right opinion if we intend to move to the US soon? if I were to file an I-130 for all of them, which forms do I file after that so that they can live and go to school in the US? If I went down the I-130 route would the kids be eligible for citizenship immediately and if so how would I go about getting that for them? Many thanks for the help.
