Hi guys! New-ish member, but I finally filed my K1 packet!! This was after spending 1 month in the Philippines with my fiance. We have been dating online since Aug '21, but were only this past Feb '23 able to meet in person. We spent the entire month together (Feb 1 - Mar 2) and I proposed on Feb 11th. This should be sufficient time together in-person to satisfy the "Meet once in the past two years" stipulation, correct? I want to go back there just so we can spend more time together, but I'm disabled and the long flights played havoc on my body twice already, I'm not sure I could physically handle another trip so soon. I followed all of the guides here on VJ as well as from the USCIS website, but I've been seeing forum posts about "Meeting only once" and was curious if my situation would be similar to the replies they've gotten (although the other posts are usually just for a few days in-person, not an entire month.)
So, my fellow visa journey participants... what's the prognosis? TIA!
TL;DR: Been dating online for a few years, spent an entire month together in person... is that enough to satisfy the requirements?
