Submission 12/26. Just got RFE this morning for birth certificate resubmit....😭😭😭. It's going to take a few days before resubmitting it, but at least it's going fast and everything things else got approved. Good luck everyone.

That's is very frustrating 😞. Maybe the scan document is not showing all 4 corners? Or missing the back face? Maybe they want it in color. I didn't find anything regarding the order of pages. I made sure to start with the English translation first just so they don't have to flip sheets to another alien language....I hope that's right. I would give it another shot and email them to remain them that you fix it (basically reupload 😅) The tax might be a greater concern. Maybe try to add more check stubs, I think they asked for 6 months in the form instruction.

Great question. From what I read, the some NVC folks are very robotic and not experienced. Sometimes they ask for something that is already submitted 😔 My plan is to send my wife a copy of my W2 and *tax return (*if our interview date is after 2022 tax deadline) during the interview. I might even upload them to NVC CEAC site after we receive an interview date to avoid restarting the NVC review process. Oh I hear some folks received directions from USA embassy during their interview to upload missing items to the CEAC site...my goal is to avoid this step 😂😂.

Thank you so much for sharing this link. Very helpful. I submitted everything in Dec 25, 2022, I hope we all get an approval soon . I'm not expert in anyway, but I did some research about the medical exam; it seems that the visa expiration date start ticking when you start the medical exam.
