  1. I have no idea! I think so because I have never come across this spreadsheet before. It's on r/uscis. I can dm you the link I found it under.
  2. Curious as to whether they are approving really old cases maybe? Or newer ones? It could be a number of things I suppose
  3. I'm curious as well! I happen to have the exact same noa1 as them and I've been estimating about 47k in front of me.
  4. It's definitely interesting! I wonder if it's just approved/denied or if they are counting something else as well
  5. Interesting spreadsheet I found on reddit! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sN2bo1xZhs8oVU6-QDUdBXBX2_ci8_QJ0wiz59Gp6H4/edit#gid=0
  6. Yeah, I think some applicants just don't read the instructions very carefully. I saw someone who just sent in the petition without any evidence. Just the filled out form. Crazy. Good luck and much patience to your husband! He's gonna need it. My fiancé is a lawyer as well and law school was TOUGH!
  7. @AndiB do you mind doing a breakdown for this week's results by day and month? i'm curious to see what each day was like. only if you don't mind though otherwise it's fine!
  8. There is no way it's just VJ people. That would be impossible to tell apart. Even USCIS Analysis on youtube has similar data
  9. Honestly, this... One of the people in that group kept insisting that it's old even though it was explained to them it's not. So obstinate
  10. 😲 watch them post it every week once they realize it is neither old or inaccurate 😂
  11. your spreadsheet could not be any more obvious and precise!!! i was floored at how confused they were. and someone said it is old data? WHAT it literally says 2023 on it. amazing
  12. I saw your spreadsheet being shared on one of the k1 visa groups on FB and wow, were people mad. I don't think they understand how it works 😭
  13. makes sense!! Some people don't even care about being engaged or having a ring and just get married. And we shouldn't forget not all cultures have the same customs about this either
  14. Yeah I thought that was pretty crazy, especially since a lot of people don't get officially engaged until after they have applied for the k1
  15. It depends. Not everyone gets an RFE but for me I would look at the RFE thread and then go over what I sent in and try and figure out possible things I could have included or more photos etc. Depends on the case though. No need to stress out too much over it
  16. Yeah it's a good idea to gather materials for a possible RFE as soon as possible to avoid further delays. It sucks about the visa thing. I hope you're able to figure it out and it all works out! Don't lose hope
  17. I hope you saw my edit about how you will send the USCIS letters? Also, what do you mean? Do all Schengen visas go through Spain alone? I had no idea 😲
  18. I'm sorry about your fiancee's visa denial. I see you have the Russian flag. Have you tried Greece? They are not as hostile to Russian visitors Edit: how will you send them a letter? I didn't know that possible to presend things
