    Any guesses as to when they will be starting February? Do we know how many weeks it took between them starting December and starting January?

    In the spreadsheet, under estimated time of approval, why does december still say 1.3 months even at the highest speed of 5000 cases? Is that when all december cases will be processed by??

    That is actually how it works. There is a Q&A on VJ with a former uscis employee and they said they put files in boxes and you go and pick one up. It also explains why certain dates just happen to fall behind. Those boxes just get picked up later.

    Yeah, that's what I thought too. But it seemed to me like the 25th is really far in the future so it kinda took me by surprise! haha

    Saw someone on fb get their approval today. Their NOA1 was Jan 25, 2022. Does that mean they will touch Feb soon? That seems really far into January considering they just barely started it

    I think most people who want to do k1 will do it anyway. Most will just file earlier than they were planning to in order to get the same result

    When was the last time there was in increase in processing time? How long has it been stuck at 15.5?

    Probably too busy to care honestly. I guess a small number of applicants each month ends up just letting the case die

    Since you're here, what does the pending category show us under total cases? Is it different than case received?

    Seems to me those are cases where they either broke up or they got married and filed a 130. they should have withdrawn but never did. interesting

    Where did you get the 4k number from? I looked at obllaks spreadsheet and it seems that there are only double digits for everyone month from jan to july. Am I missing something?

    That's interesting. Any theories as to why they get left behind? Are they unlucky or are they k3s? Yeah, I'm eager to see when they touch feb now

    That's true, but lots of beneficiaries come from many countries in the world, even EU ones, were such information cannot be obtained. It's a matter of perspective haha
