Hi I'm a GC [10 Y] holder since Aug 2022 married to a US citizen, It took me awhile to go throw the process due to covid...,[I applied 2019]. by the time I was approved my spouse and I had gotten settled in my home country, we did come to the u.s. for a month to check up some options but nothing was that relevant. I have not been in USA since that one trip, and I would like to go back now as something new came up which we want to check up, I've been reading the threads here and had a few questions: 1. what are chances of me being denied entrance? 2. If I get NTA and I will find out later I'm not interested in living in USA, can I give up my GC voluntary instead of appearing at court? is there anything too loose if getting NTA besides GC? Hi Thank you for all the knowledge I am an American citizen living abroad, I had filed two n600k for my children, one was filed on June 2021 and got recipe notice a few weeks later, the other was filed on October 2021. I have filed at the queens NY field office. I had heard nothing from them in the past year, is it normal to wait a more than a year? is there a way i can switch the office?
