I'm still waiting USCIS to send my petition to NVC. Received the notice of approval since may 17th. Don't know what to do at this point.

California embassy? I'm United States citizen applying for my another half at Taiwan. I got the approval notice on 5/18/2022.

I did not receive and RFE. So I assume nothing to do with this? Should I state representative or state senator?

No RFE, I called USCIS again this morning and was told my case was still in California office and my petition is all good just delayed. How can I go through a congressional?

With a copy about 3 times. Replying to same email thread asking about 5+ times

I received exactly the same response even when you send a copy to NVC email.

Its already pass my valid date. I contacted USCIS numerous times but what I been told is delay and asked to wait.

Waiting for almost 6 months for USCIS to forward the case to NVC?

Hi all, I received the approved noa on 5/18 but till now I still did not receive the case number for NVC. I contacted NVC and they say they did not receive the petition from USCIS yet. Contacted USCIS but there is no help from them. What should I do at this point? Thank you
