  1. Are you serious or sarcastic?
  2. I've heard that some folks that are selected get to know that they won a certain year when they didn't even knew they won or remeber that they applied at all, and that might be like from 5 or 8 years ago from what I've seen on Youtube when they arrived on the interviews. So this simply means that U.S government saved the Diversity VISA lottery data longer than the year and fiscal period that the applicant applied for. For example the data for the 2023 lottery which application period ended in 2022 was stored up until septemeber of this year. But doesn't seem like that when you hear what some Youtubers have been told in their interview. And when I ask the the DV lottery VISA category on their kentucky email - they just refer me to their page. I would like to know more about this, how long our data is stored and saved. With data I refer to the questions that needs to be filled in in the application process form.
  3. The photo must be 300 DPI and a minimum 600x600 or 1200x1200 maximum, and in file size it can't be more than 240 KB. Those that can't abide by these rules will be Immediately and automatically disqualified after just sending in the application. I appealed and got acquitted from serving 4 months in prison, I also got acquitted in one of the charges. Instead I got probation for the 3 charges I was sentenced for, I must go and follow the probation rules for at least 1 year. I don't think this is good, tho some say I should be glad since I escaped prison time. Not sure it will help if I win or for other visa's tho, since the charges are still there, unlawful threat, harassment and resisting arrest.
  4. The Maximum is 240 KB, and it must be in JPG format. But are there any minimum KB requirements for the photo? 50 KB 70 KB or 85 KB? Or does anything below 240 KB work?
  5. I will answer YES and be truthful. Because they will find out through screening anyways. I am not a lier. Why will you give me that point? Acquitted does not mean you have never been arrested if you now were arrested. Acquitted means you are not guilty of those crimes you got convicted for in the court if your appeal proves otherwise. I don't really know about Swedish police reports... what it will say about anything if I get acquitted. How do you know I will be inadmissible? It isn't felonies. Do they just reject people because of small misdemeanors?
  6. According to US law as well. If you are acquitted, you are NOT guilty.
  7. I do take it extremely seriously. But some people say it is completely over, if you read their responses
  8. Hahaha, funny guy calm down man, If I get acquitted, then there is nothing they can do really. Acquitted means NOT guilty ! So in terms of LAW, it surely means I did NOT do it. Law is law, and opinions are OPINION. It is not impossible to not get denied, but they also understand people make mistakes. And my sentence isn't really that much,
  9. What is later in the process? What is the process after DS-260?
  10. Funny you delete a completely valid comment, where I explain my crimes and even erase the words. I use those words to describe the seriousness of the crimes, not to use them against anyone. How has that even something to do with someone not wanting to keep something "family friendly"? The political correctness of some forums are really weird when it comes to moderation.
  11. None of my crimes are really mentioned there. Those are hard crimes. Also, do you know where in Sweden I can hire an American lawyer for this types of stuff? What kind of lawyer do I need? Some just work with student visa's and work visa's. I do appreciate your time to respond to my questions ! But, again, I get selected, should I just write on the DS-260 that the case is currently pending, because of an appeal? So they know it when I will have my interview? I will probably go for an B2 Visa anyway. But since the 260 needs to be filled out I would like to know what to put in the crime section, because the results comes out in soon 1 week and my appeal is 1 month after. So what can I write there since I yet don't know the full outcome of the sentence?
  12. I've just heard that they are tough on Felonies, rape, murder, drugs and those kind of stuff. In the end, many people do errors in their lives you know. My crimes are very small, and if one is honest I don't think it should be a problem. But yes, I will hire a lawyer, the thing is, I've heard that DS-260 form needs to be filled in pretty soon after being selected, I don't know why, but it seems like everyone is saying it is important to fill that one out fast.
  13. This is not really true from what I've heard on Youtube and people that actually committed those types of crimes. Don't be mad bro.
  14. It is not American. I wrote "American" instead of their ethnicity. Their Ethnicity is something else, it was just an example.
  15. You are linking stuff that has nothing to do with my case what so ever. How will I even have problems if I get acquitted? If I get acquitted then that is another thing. It was not terror threats. The second link you are referring to came to law about 1 and a half year after my latest crimes, and 2 and a half year of my first 2 crimes against the journalists. The evidence isn't 100 percent either. So If I get acquitted there should not be a problem, otherwise I would like to see some sort of proof of that. But those links does not really tell me anything so far. I've heard people with 6 month sentences getting visa. Also, third link? What has that even to do with my case I am asking about? I was not spying LAMO.
