  1. Hi, yes, my I-751 was approved by the Nebraska service center on 3/22. My N400 was then approved on 3/24; my oath is next week.
  2. I sent a letter today anyway. If it gets there and nudges them then great, if they approve it before it reaches them then oops!
  3. So as I suspected, my I-751 just kept getting processed separately from my N400 and I got a notification that the former was approved today. Only took 554 days 😛 Any idea how to inform the officer who interviewed me that the I-751 was approved so they'd go back to work on my N400? Or would that process be automatic? I'm thinking of sending her a letter.

  5. Got a notification today that my new card is being produced. Total time since biometrics were applied 510 days, overall 554 days of processing.
  6. Got a notification today that a new card is being produced. Finally done with I-751! Now how can I get the officer who interviewed me for the N400 to become aware of this so she can approve my N400?
  7. Yeah my officer said she’d request the file as well during my interview, and that was on Feb 8th.
  8. That’s what I’m hoping for as well, that adjudication of our I-751 by LIN is imminent so our N400 can finish processing. it’s quite frustrating tbh, especially that we’ve done all that we could, but someone dropped the ball by not sending our file to our local office which has thrown a wrench into the whole process.
  9. Alright I just did that. They said to expect an answer by April 19th 😝 Same boat here. It’s been 41 days since my interview.
  10. I filed on 9/14/2021. But I wasn’t able to file a case inquiry online. Did you use the “missing notice” route to get the 48 months extension? I need LIN to be nudged to either 1) forward my A-file to my local office since I’ve already done my N400 interview or 2) just approve my I-751 so the officer that interviewed me can approve my N400 🤪
  11. I tried my best to avoid this outcome. Took my spouse with me to the interview and asked the officer if she wanted to do an interview for the I-751, which she did, reading off the application on her computer but the evidence wasn’t scanned in I guess and she said she can’t adjudicate since the physical file wasn’t there. Oh well…
  12. I also filed in September 2021 and Nebraska is my processing center. I haven’t received the 48 months extension letter.
  13. Not sure if the N400 had anything to do with it, but it seems that around 18 months is how long it’s taking for LIN to process I-751. I already did my N400 interview and it didn’t affect my I-751 in any way, decision couldn’t be made on the former and the latter is still stuck in Nebraska.
  14. I’m at the tail end of that 2-6 weeks bracket. My N40p interview was 31 days ago. My I-751 has also been pending for around 544 days, nearly 500 days since fingerprints were applied. Going by when other people had theirs approved, it seems like it’s only a matter of time for many September 2021 filers. That said, it would be amazing if Nebraska just sent my file over to Philly and my local office was able to adjudicate both right away.
  15. Nebraska service center here as well. ROC NOA 9-14-2021 Fingerprints reuse 10-28-2021. Nothing since. I already did my N400 interview a month ago, but my case was never transferred, and the officer didn't have my A-file so they couldn't approve anything.
  16. I'll add myself to this. I-751 has been pending since 9/14/2021, with fingerprints applied on 10/28/2021. No updates on that since, LIN processing center. For my N400: - Filed: 9/13/2022, received biometric reuse notice that same day. - Interview notice: 12/23/2022 - Interview: 2/8/2023 No decision could be made because A-file was not transferred over. It's been 30 days, and no movement yet on my I-751 either.
  17. I haven't received my 48months extension letter yet. But at this point, we've been waiting for 18 months, so we must be at the cusp of hearing something soon? I already did my N400 interview, but that couldn't be approved because this is still pending and Nebraska never sent my A-file to my local office. It's been over 30 days since my interview, so at this point I assume I have higher chances of this getting approved first.
  18. It's been 30 days for me, and no updates. At this point, I think my I-751 might get approved on its own first as it's been pending for 18 months, separate from the fact I already had my n400 interview and the officer did a makeshift I-751 interview.
  19. She didn't say anything about timeline. She did say that I won't receive a 10 year green card because she'll send me an oath ceremony notice instead, but nothing has happened since the interview. My local office is Philly FYI, but this is all across the board, I've seen a bunch of other people in the same boat as well.
  20. Today marks the 3rd week since my interview, and no movement since. My I-751 still hasn't been transferred (or had any other movement, I also haven't received the 48 months extension letter).
