    So since our case is at the Ciudad Juarez consulate, and his interview is next month, should I still go ahead and submit the i865?

    I am realizing the i864 we submitted when submitting the I-130 has our old address (2021). I did not realize we had use our old address. We moved within the same state a few months after. My husband now has his interview set for this upcoming December. Will this be an issue? How can I correct it or is this something that needs to be mention at the first interview? Same for the job, I am the petitioner and I switched jobs after submitting the i864. Will there be a problem or what do i need to take?

    I was also DQ on December 2022. It is between 12-18 Months until you get your interview at Juarez.

    Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question. I am in the process of fixing my husband papers. Our case is at NVC waiting for documents to be reviewed and accepted. However, my husband's daca is about to expire this Friday 12/6. USCIS confirmed they received his renewal on November 17. My concern is, will his expired daca affect our case in any way? What happens if he continues to work with his expired work authorization and will this also affect our case?
