    But what about the fee and time we wait it will Wast money any time if she apply again we have to pay fee again and the time I wait will be wasted.is there any other way to continue same patition??

    Hi I am from Pakistan my US. Citizen sister apply my I 130 patition in oct 2021. Since then I was waiting to get any response from USCIS on my petition. But unfortunately they send a RFE on Feb 2024 which I wasn't aware and my sister also so we miss that RFE request and in RFE they just ask for a foreign language birth certificate. So me and my sister miss that RFE request and on the 9 May they send case denied letter state that you didn't respond to RFE.now I need a help can I appeal to USCIS to not denied my case.can I respond to RFE please help

    Hi any one can advise me USCIS denied my case because they ask for RFE and my petitioner didn't check in account and the respond time expired and USCIS denied my case . please tell me can I appeal in this scenario??

    Pd 29-10-2021 NVC sent email for case creation 29-12-2022 Case f4 .. please tell me know how long I have to wait for interview??

    Thanks for your msg but I have received the email from NVC notice of immigrant visa case creation what that mean and what will be next ??

    I 130 petition for brother and sister has been approved now when NVC will send me email for notice of account creation

Or do I need to submit it by postal service? A12. If you filed your form online using your USCIS online account or you added a paper-filed case with a receipt number that begins with IOE, and the RFE has been posted in your account, you may respond to the RFE through your online account.

    She is a how wife don't have the access to collect these print out and stuff.but I think she have to send this because they address her to respond

    Hi I am a beneficiary My sister applied I 130 for me. She received this RFE from USCIS. Any one here who can advise me what they want from my sister. And can we upload the evidence on USCIS online account or does she have to mail physically as per the instructions.

    UC one is English and nadra one is both English and Urdu on same certificate like one raw is Urdu and one is English

    But my UC certificate is not in URDU it is in English also

    Thank you dear I have attached the what they want in RFE please have a look and advise me what evidence should I provide them to mitigate the risk of rejection of my case. Also please advise evidence has to upload online on USCIS or send by post. And who will send?? can I send it to uscis as a benifitiary or my petitioner will post evidence to uscis ??

    No I don't have it in Urdu language.its originally made in English language.

    Yes my birth certificate was issued 1 month later of my date of birth.and it is in English language already so I have submitted only my birth certificate

    Thanks for your response sir.. I have submitted my union council birth certificate which is already in English language.so now what else I have to submit them as an evidence. And who will send them me or my petitioner??

    Can any one please advise how to respond RFE.they ask me to send missing foreign language document which I have already uploaded with my case but they ask me to send a photo copy of foreign language document. 2ndly they told me to send a complete accurate and certified English translation of entire foreign language document Please advise what document should I send and how should I send by online or by mail
