That means I'm screwed

I just got a letter from my lawyer. It seems my DQ date was pushed. It was frustrating after waiting 18 months. My lawyer gave me the wrong advice of adding a new newborn before the interview. Is there any way to expedite my interview?
-
My DQ was on 26 October 2022. I haven't received the invitation letter. However, I requested my newborn baby for my application. Not sure if it it causing any delay. I received an email from NVC in March, that stated "The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to scheduling your immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy overseas."

No update, I just added my newborn baby. Not sure I will have a new DQ date. Where did you get that information?

What is your DQ date?

Thank you for the detailed explanation. I have been waiting for the IVP interview since October 2022. I am a Canadian citizen. I got a job offer recently. I talked with two lawyers. Both mentioned there is no issue getting a TN visa while waiting for the IVP interview. They also mentioned I might be asked for lot of question regarding my application.

Hello Matt77, Thank you for your feedback. I applied for the birth certificate, I am waiting for it. I cannot apply for a passport without a birth certificate. Should I wait for the passport?

We are expecting a baby. My PD is in June 2021 and DQ is in October 2022. If I add my newborn baby, should I expect any delay with my case? How can I add my baby after DQ?

no update, I assume I need to wait a few months more.

I found interesting points here “you could technically get TN admission or extension while your green card petition is pending, but it’s not easy. First, you would need to establish that your current TN work objective is totally separate from your future intent to immigrate” https://www.shihabimmigrationfirm.com/employment-based-immigration/nafta/tn-visa/tn-to-green-card/#:~:text=Therefore%2C you could technically get, your future intent to immigrate.https://www.shihabimmigrationfirm.com/employment-based-immigration/nafta/tn-visa/tn-to-green-card/#:~:text=Therefore%2C you could technically get, your future intent to immigrate.

I crossed few times US boarder, based on my experience some officers are friendly, some aren't. It is hard to say which boarder are good. Two weeks ago I crossed Windsor-Detroit boarder, it was good experience. However, my colleagues have to cross same boarder, sometimes they mentioned they had really bad experience.

What about applying for the first time while waiting for IVP? Am I eligible for TN visa in this case?

It’s good that wait time keep reducing, it seems it is now 19months

I am waiting for visa interview. My documents qualified in October. It seems I have to wait long time for the visa interview. I am concerned that I don't have record of my vaccine certificate that were given at my early age. Going through the details, I found I have to take Td/Tdap, MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella), Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Influenza (flue shot). Here is my question; 1. I come to know there is antibody test to identify which vaccine I got that is called titer test. Where I can do this test? 2. Where I should contact to get the Td/Tdap, MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella), Hepatitis B, and Varicella vaccine? I just a note, I live in Ontario.
