Is this what you did? We received an email saying we had to book an appointment

I guess I should clarify, we are not picking up the visa at the embassy. It’s a different location. The location for pickup is the same location that my fiancé had her fingerprints done last week before her interview

So we were approved last week and received an email this morning instructing us to make an appointment to pick up the visa. After making the appointment the email received says something about doing fingerprints and bringing DS 160 form. Obviously this is incorrect but I’m not sure what’s going on. Has anyone had a similar issue? This is the Bogotá embassy
