  1. My spouse has resided in Argentina for 20 years (not a citizen) using her birth name (customary in Argentina), but had 2 other married names in her country of citizenship. Does her Argentinean police certificate need to include all her past names ( even though they were not used in Argentina)?
  2. There is a section of the DS-260 entitled "Family Information: Spouse Page". At the very bottom of the attached screen shot is the "Spouse Address" drop down menu. Does my wife (applicant) say my address is her's in Argentina since I am staying with her, or does she say my address is mine, the intended address? For spouse's address in the DS-260, the applicant has a drop down menu with the following choices for the applicant's spouse's address: 1. The "same as present address" (of the applicant). 2. The "same as intended address" (in the U.S. for both spouses) 3. "Other" (If "other" is selected, then a new address box appears for filling in that address) 4. "Do not know" I know I am spending many months abroad with my wife, but it is hard far me to say my address is Argentina while living out of a suitcase, using Western Union and still having to solve home problems up in Texas.
  3. My retirement pension is more than enough to meet the sponsor requirements.
  4. Question: What address do I use for "Physical Address" on my I-864EZ? I own my Texas home (since 2014). I married in Argentina and have stayed with my wife in her daughter's house (Argentina) during my wife's visa processing for the last 8 months of 2022, and will be for last 9 months of 2023 (with 2 months in US home in between). My mail still goes to my TX home. (I will be returning to my Texas early 2024.) Followup Question: Under "Address" of the Spouse section of my wife's DS-260, does she put in my permanent home address in Texas or my temporary address in Argentina while staying with my wife?
